The office of Innovation, Improvement & Redesign was created to be the “...architects for us taking APS to the next level…with an army of individuals (stakeholders) whether it's grounded in school turnaround or innovation…. how might we do this (school) differently?” (Dr. Herring, 2022)
The team was created to act as a think tank that ideates together to empower students to become APS creators and problem-solvers. Uplifting the APS-5, the team would like to ignite and redesign the district to be an exemplar for innovation and high performance.
