    1. Whole Group Instruction: Counseling in the classroom (approximately 7 sessions per semester, per grade level) *Please note that sessions may be rescheduled due to immediate student or school needs. 

    2. Small Groups: Lunch and Learn, Benteen Brothers, and Benteen Butterflies

    3. School Wide Activities: Red Ribbon Week, No Place For Hate, College and Career Week, Random Acts of Kindness Week

    4. Individual Counseling

    5. Academic Support 

    6. Collaboration with teachers and other stakeholders via Advisory Council, Weekly Admin Meetings and Bi-Weekly Staff Meetings

    7. Assessments: School Climate Survey

    8. Goal: The American School Counselor Association defines an advisory council as a "representative group of stakeholders selected to review and advise on the implementation of the school counseling program. It is explicitly focused on the school counseling program and gives a voice to stakeholders through dialogue and critique. The council meets at least twice a year and maintains an agenda and minutes for each meeting. " --ASCA National Model: A Framework for School Counseling Programs, 4th Edition
