Dr. Delleni Giles-Guest

Prior to entering the education field, she completed five years of active duty service in the US Army on stateside and overseas assignments.

After returning to the US, she pursued a teaching career and embarked on an incredible, 13-year journey as an Exceptional Education teacher for DeKalb County School District (2004-2017). Her previous experience includes various leadership and collaborative roles at the school, county, and state levels: Exceptional Education Department Chair, Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP) Committee, National Science Foundation’s Numeracy Team Grant Partnership, US Department of Education’s Flexible Learning Program, and the Georgia Council of Teachers of Mathematics Program Committee.

Dr. Giles-Guest currently serves as a Behavior Specialist at the Fabulous Finch Elementary School!

She is a proud graduate of Dawg Nation (B.S. University of Georgia, 1999), a Boomer Sooner (M.S. University of Oklahoma, 2003), and a Phoenix (Ed.D. University of Phoenix, 2015).
