Dr. B. S. Gullatt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education with a Concentration in Behavior Disorder.  She also holds a specialist degree in Educational Leadership and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.

In the 22-23 school year, she is  looking forward to seeing SWD students making more growth on standardized assessments.
