    Purchasing School Supplies
You can choose one of two options for school supplies this year:

    1. Buy your own and send in with your child: Supply lists by grade level

    2. Pay $50 per child (children listed by name under "My Hub" on the PTO Hub).

     Back-to-School Checklist
     1.  Update your information in our PTO Hub

Register and update your contact info, student info and directory preferences. If you have a rising Kindergartener or a new student to SRS, you will need to add that student to your account on the PTO Hub

    • Join the PTO and receive immediate access to the Online Directory
    • Volunteer for school-wide committees and events
    • For each child, pay the $50 school supply fee (if you choose this option instead of buying from grade-level supply lists)
    • For each child, donate towards Staff Appreciation ($ goes directly to providing gifts to teachers, staff, and bus drivers throughout the year!)
    • Buy a SSEF Dine & Shop Card
    • Donate to the general school supply fund to help the school provide school supplies for Smith families who need assistance

Sarah Smith News and Social Media

Sarah Smith communicates with families in several different ways. Our main line of communication is through our weekly eBlast newsletter which you need to signup for here. The Sarah Smith Website is a great source of information and hosts our yearly calendar.  We also highly recommend that you follow our various social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter.

    PTO Hub

Our PTO Hub is a simple way for PTO members to view the Online Directory of families and classes.  You can also join the Sarah Smith PTO, shop the school store, and pay school fees (field trips, school supplies, etc.)

You only need to do this once a year. Registering confirms your students at the school, their teacher assignments and allows for easy and personalized access to our spirit wear shop, field trips, and more.

Childcare and Tutoring Resources to Support Virtual Learning

Your PTO has been working to compile a list of local tutors and organizations in order to support our families who might need additional resources or childcare during this time.  Please see attached document for this current list. While we are hopeful that this information will be helpful to you, this is not an endorsement nor recommendation from SRS.
