Sarah Smith News and Social Media

Sarah Smith communicates with families in several different ways. Our primary communication channel is our Weekly Star newsletter, for which you can sign up here. The Sarah Smith Website is a great source of information and hosts our yearly calendar.  We also highly recommend that you follow our social media accounts:

    • Facebook: Sarah Smith Elementary
    • Twitter: @SarahSmithElem | @APS_SarahSmith
    • Instagram: @SarahSmithElem

    PTO Hub

Our PTO Hub is a simple way for PTO members to view the Online Directory of families and classes. You can also join the Sarah Smith PTO, shop for spirit wear, and pay school fees (field trips, shirts, etc.)

PLEASE REGISTER FOR ONLINE ACCESS OR CONFIRM INFORMATION PREVIOUSLY ENTERED.

You only need to do this once a year. Registering confirms your students at the school, their teacher assignments and allows for easy and personalized access to our spirit wear shop, field trips, and more.

ALSO: Did you know you can use a mobile app to access the PTO HUB instead of your browser? It's called Membership Toolkit, and it's fast and easy! The Membership Toolkit App is available for free in the Apple Store and in Google Play.

    1. Visit the App Store (for Apple/iOS users) or the Google Play Store (for Android users)

    2. Search for "Membership Toolkit"

    3. Download the app, then login with the same username and password you use online. (Create an account if you don't already have one).

    Childcare and Tutoring Resources

Your PTO has been working to compile a list of local tutors and organizations in order to support our families who might need additional resources or childcare. Please see attached document for this current list. While we are hopeful that this information will be helpful to you, this is not an endorsement nor a recommendation from SRS.
