Mr. Louis Norcia earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oneonta State University and his Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw University.  

In the 2022-2023 school year, he is looking forward to leaning into challenges, creating the best educational environment since his been at Finch, and embracing the change that he deserves.
