Public Comment Format
Hope-Hill Elementary School GO Team Public Comment Protocol 2021-2022:
-All GO Team meetings are open to the public.
-The Public will be afforded the opportunity to speak during the Public Comment Period* of an Agenda.
-Eligible speakers are encouraged to RSVP the GO Team Chair Alex Wu (email@example.com) or Principal Maureen Wheeler (Maureen.Wheeler@apsk12.org) prior to the meeting start. (Sign up to speak within the first 15 minutes of the meeting or by the approval of the Agenda, whichever is sooner.)
- Speakers will be taken in the order that they signed up. State your name and affiliation prior to speaking.
-Please wait until you are recognized by the Chair to speak. You will have 2 minutes to speak. (30 seconds remaining signaled by Vice-Chair.)
