Hello there! My name Brittany Ammons! I am the CTAE Culinary Arts AND French teacher at Phoenix academy!

This is my third year teaching at Phoenix and working for APS!! I absolutely LOVE what I do and the family members that I’ve acquired along the way! Before joining this wonderful family, I was the co-owner of a catering company. I have a BA in French from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in International Business from Brenau University. I have a passion for food, French, and my students!! Cooking in general is my therapy, but I really love baking!! Laughter is my favorite form of medicine; it has healing powers!! This year will be the best one yet, and I’m very much looking forward to working with my students alongside the best family in the world!
