Hazardous Materials: Science Lab Chemical Moves and Disposal

Middle School and High School Science Instructional Staff may contact Facilities Services - Energy and Environmental Services to handle the transfer or disposal of science lab chemicals and specimens. APS hires professional hazardous materials consultants to ensure that the materials are properly packaged, transported and disposed.
Below are outlines the process for requesting the pick up, transfer or disposal service.
Prior to scheduling a date for the chemical/specimen pick up, Staff will be required to complete a Science Lab Disposal and Transfer Log. Click here for the log sheet.
