Facilities Planning Analysis
In July 2024, the Planning Department (Operations) conducted an assessment of APS properties designated as "surplus," which included 16 sites identified through the Facilities Master Planning Process (2021-2022).
The assessment revealed that APS currently holds 30 additional properties intended for term leases varying from short to long term, sale, and/or swap.
Based on the property assessment by cluster, new recommendations beyond the "surplus" and "hold" categories were introduced, resulting in updated classifications for the 46 sites.
