Booker T Washington High School

The BTW FBLA Chapter participated in the Fall Leadership Conference on November 19, 2024.  Fourteen members travelled to Athens, GA, under the leadership of Advisors - Ms. Jackie Robinson and Ms. Tori Steib, to participate in informative leadership training workshops, the opportunity to participate in one of the world's largest Monopoly Tournament, and competitive events in seven different events that will qualify for High School State Leadership Conference in March 2025.  Congrats to everyone that attended and competed.  We don't have all the placements at this time, but we celebrate all our members and for coming in first place for the Monopoly tournament (Janiya Jackson/Da'Nya Turner)".  Next up is the Regional Leadership Conference on January 29, 2025, Osborne High School, Smryna, GA.

(HOSA (Ms. Lo), FFA (Mr. Jackson), FBLA (Mrs. J. Robinson)- APS Fall Retreat:Our student leaders in these organizations attended the leadership retreat in Covington, Ga. There participated in several team building activities to get them motivated, received leadership training, and career development training to enhance their skills. Throughout the school year they will also attend various leadership conferences, award programs, service projects, and competitive events.
