Steps to Accept or Reject Contract

      Contract Acceptance

      • Contract Acceptance 

        • Click the contract notification email link or log into your Frontline Central account to access your contract. 
          • Review How to Access Frontline Central account below, if needed. 
            • Once you access your Frontline Central account, select My Forms.
            • Select Review & Approve for the contract.
        • Review the contract in its entirety and provide your digital signature. 
          • Note: Salary listed is valid until 6/30/2025. 
        • Select Approve Form

      Contract Rejection

      • Contract Rejection 

        •  Click the link in the contract notification email or log into your Frontline Central account to access your contract.
          • Review How to Access Frontline Central account below, if needed.
            • Once you access your Frontline Central account, select My Forms.
            • Select Review & Approve for the contract.
        • Review the contract in its entirety and provide your digital signature. 
            • Note: Salary listed is valid until 6/30/2025
        • Enter comment/reason for rejection (Resignation, Retirement, Promotion). 
            • Note: A comment is required before submission. 
        • Select Deny Form 
        • Select Complete Workflow 
        • Confirm rejection of contract

      Access Signed Contract

      • Access Signed Contract

        • Log into your Frontline Central account. 
          • Review How to Access Frontline Central account below, if needed. 
        • Select My Forms. 
        • Select Completed Forms. 
        • Select View Form and print, if needed.

        Note: Under Georgia Law O.C.G.A. §20-2-942(b)(6), teachers are given 10 days to review and sign the contract. 
        Your electronic signature represents acceptance of the contract terms.
