  • Having device issues? 

    * If your computer connection is slow or your screen won't turn on, any teacher should be able to help you powerwash or do a forced reboot on your device.

    * If a powerwash or forced reboot doesn't/won't work to fix your issue, you'll need to drop your computer off in the library to go out for repair.  Use a sticky note to tell Ms. Neal the issue, stick it on your device, and drop it off on Ms. Neal's desk.  Ms. Neal doesn't repair computers - just enters tickets and sends them out for repair.

    * Current turnaround time for replacement devices is 1-2 days.  In the meantime, each teacher has loaner devices and paper copies of assignments, as needed.
