Courtney Oby
Courtney Oby is in her fifth year serving our Brilliant Benteen students, and her first year as a Special Education Teacher in our Emotional Behavior Disorder self-contained classroom. Ms. Oby is a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentrations in Sociology and Criminal Justice, and a minor in Writing. She has over 12 years of providing exceptional, direct services for children and adolescents with emotional and behavior disorders. Through education and experiences she has become a true believer that every child needs a village that students can depend on and that every encounter with a child presents a teachable moment. Ms. Oby loves spending time with her family and a waterfront view every chance she gets.
