
Ms. Brigite Morais is a fourth-year Speech-Language Pathologist and is in her second year serving the students and families of Benteen Elementary School. She was born in the Cape Verde Islands and moved to the United States at the age of four. She grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, where she earned her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College. In 2022, she relocated to Atlanta to continue her work in the field of speech-language pathology.
Ms. Morais speaks four languages and is passionate about helping students from different backgrounds succeed. She has experience working with both elementary and middle school students to support their communication skills.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through workouts and yoga, traveling to explore new cultures, and reading. She has visited over 18 countries and enjoys bringing her global experiences into her work to connect with and inspire her students.
