Dear Phoenix Academy Parents/Guardians,

We are happy to offer a convenient option for your child to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Atlanta Public Schools is partnering with the Fulton County Board of Health and Georgia CORE to offer the COVID-19 vaccination to all middle and high school students aged 12 and up during the school day at the school they attend. Phoenix Academy will be hosting this event on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the auditorium.  

The first dose will be given during the week of August 9, and the second dose will be given during the week of August 30. Vaccination is optional, and parents/guardians must give their permission for children under age 18 to get vaccinated.
