My name is Latricia Oliver and I teach English Literature and Composition grades 9-12. I was born in San Jose, California and raised in Lake Worth, Florida. I moved to Atlanta, Georgia three years ago where I began my doctoral studies at Georgia State University. I have been teaching for ten years, eight of which have been in alternative/non- traditional schools. I enjoy listening to music, watching various sports, and cycling. In the words of Zora Neale Hurston, “Those that don’t got it, can’t show it. Those that got it, can’t hide it.”
