Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Andrea Nunn

Having earned my bachelor’s degree in journalism from Hampton University and my master’s in teaching from the same institution, education has been at the core of my professional journey. Additionally, I hold an Educational Specialist degree from Mercer University, further enhancing my commitment to excellence in teaching.

Throughout my extensive career, I have had the privilege of teaching at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. My focus has consistently been on literacy, believing in its transformational power to shape young minds and empower students for a lifetime. I am a firm believer in the idea that education is not just about imparting knowledge, but also about fostering a love for learning. My approach is rooted in creating engaging and supportive environments where students can thrive academically and personally.

I am always eager to connect with fellow educators, caregivers, and anyone passionate about the transformational power of education. My current interest and work are centered around building teacher and leader capacity and improving our systems.
