• As a courtesy to building and security staff and others seeking rooms, please make cancellations at least two business days before your scheduled session/meeting. 

      • Anyone submitting a cancellation is assumed to be authorized to cancel the event. 

      • Submit cancellations using this form

      • The department/school is responsible for notifying its participants of the cancellation.  ISC staff cannot do so.

      • Departments/schools risk suspension of facility usage privileges and financial charges for canceling without proper notice. 

      • A 90-day suspension will be imposed if the following violations occur three times: 

        • Failure to properly cancel an event within 48 hours before the reserved date

        • Failure to show up for a reserved event

        • If another violation occurs after reinstatement, reservation privileges will be revoked indefinitely.
