• The regular hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
    • Only ISC staff can enter the building before 8:00 am.
    • ISC staff assistance is unavailable until 8:00 am. We appreciate everyone's patience in respecting the time needed for our small staff to support multiple individuals using the rooms.
    • Professional learning sessions and meetings should begin no earlier than 8:30 am and end by 4:00 pm unless prior approval was granted for an after-hours session/meeting. All APS employees and guests must leave the building by 4a:00 pm.
    • After-hours appointments require individuals to schedule building security and custodial services. (Please see additional terms for after-hours sessions/meetings listed under Terms for Building Use.) 
    • All visitors to the ISC building, including APS employees with or without badge access, APS Charter employees, and non-APS guests, must show their APS-issued ID badges or government issued photo IDs to the receptionist at the front desk. Please assist by having your badge or ID out when you get to the desk.
    • All visitors must check in on computers in the lobby or via a paper-based sign-in process. 
    • Visitors should wear their APS or temporary badges issued at check-in during their stay. Doing so indicates to ISC staff and security that those visitors are authorized to be in the building.
    • If rooms are rearranged, they must be restored to their original formation at the end of the session/meeting. 
    • Session/meeting facilitators are responsible for their copies, supplies, and paperwork for the training. ISC staff will not provide materials or make copies.
