How to Participate
- Register: Visit the Fulton County Library System website to register for the summer reading challenge. Registration is free and open to all ages!
- Set Your Reading Goal: Decide how many books you want to read this summer. Challenge yourself to read more than you ever have before.
- Track Your Progress: Use the online platform provided by the library to log the books you read. Each book you complete brings you closer to winning great prizes.
- Attend Events: Throughout the summer, the library will host special events, including author talks, book discussions, and family-friendly activities. Check the library’s calendar for more information.
- Share Your Journey: Connect with other participants by sharing your progress on social media using the hashtag #FultonReads. Discuss your favorite books and get recommendations from fellow readers.

You can connect your APS Beanstack account with the Fulton County Library’s Beanstack account. Follow the steps below to connect the two.
- Log into your Beanstack account on either the school or library site.
- Look for the "Link Profile" option:
- On the web: You'll see a banner at the top of the homepage with a "Link Profile" button. Alternatively, you can find this option by clicking the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner.
- On the mobile app: Tap the gear icon, select "Readers," choose your profile, and then tap "Link Readers."
- Select your corresponding school or library from the list.
- Sign in to your existing account for the other institution or create a new one. If creating a new account, your existing profile information will be used to register you on the new site.
- Confirm the link to connect the profiles.
After linking, any reading logged will count toward both your school and library reading challenges, badges, and logs. Please note that reading logged prior to linking will not be retroactively added to the linked account.
