• Parent teacher conferences are held twice per month and MUST be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance (see links below). These conferences are tailored for parents, teachers, and students to discuss academic concerns such as:
      • students struggling to turn in assignments
      • students having difficulty passing tests or quizzes
      • students not understanding the content

Please note that there is a maximum of 2 conferences per semester.

While we all love to hear accolades and praise about our students, thank you for understanding that these conferences are not for that purpose. Please feel free to email a teacher if you have specific concerns about a class as well! This is always the most direct method to contact teachers: Staff Directory

      How do I schedule a parent-teacher conference?

Conferences MUST be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance due to the large volume of students at Midtown HS.

What should I do on the day of the parent-teacher conference?
      • Report to the cafeteria by 3:45 p.m.
      • Conference stations will be set up by counselors with your child's name.
      • Teachers will report to designated conference stations to meet with parents. Parents are encouraged to  bring their child to the conference.
      • Counselors will be on-site during the conference period.
