• Getting a Youth Work Permit

    1. You will need your Social Security Number (SSN) or your Parent's Alien Certification Number if you're not a US Citizen.

    2. Complete the online application: https://www.dol.state.ga.us/WS4-MW5/cics.jsp

    3. After you click 'SUBMIT', you will receive a confirmation with your 10-digit MSK (Minor Security Key).

    4. Contact your employer and let them know you've completed the application.

    5. Print the page if you can, or write down the MSK and bring it to your counselor.
