Public Comment Protocol

GO Team meetings are open to the public.  School and community stakeholders are welcome to attend the meetings to remain abreast of the work of the GO Team. Four (4) meetings will have reserved time for public comment.  The meetings open to public comment will be identified in the meeting notice.  Public comment will be scheduled for major action items.  Note on the agenda when time for public comments will be granted. Each member of the public shall have two (2) minutes to make their comment.  The GO Team chair will officially close the public comment period and continue with the meeting agenda. GO Team members will not respond during the public comment period; however, all comments will be taken into consideration when the GO Team members are making decisions.
