    Public Comment Protocol

    Public Comment is allowed for the first 10 minutes and the last 10 minutes of each GO Team Meeting. Each member of the public who opts to comment may have 2 minutes to speak. At the end of each Public Comment period, the Chair will close Public Comment, and we will move on to the next agenda item. GO Team members will not respond during the Public Comment period. The Public Comment period is designed to gain input from the public – not for immediate responses by the GO Team to the public comment presented. The GO Team will listen attentively to all comments and take the summation of the comments into consideration when making decisions. The scheduled Public Comment period on the agenda is not the only means for providing input. You are encouraged to contact GO Team members via email.
