Summary of Compensation Changes for SY2024

APS entered into a contract with the Management Advisory Group (MAG) to complete a comprehensive compensation and classification study. Based on MAG's compensation study outcome, APS developed salary schedules based on the surrounding market. The salary schedules provide competitive salaries for all staff.
All employees on a step will receive an increase effective July 1, 2023. In alignment with the APS Payroll Calendar, Annual Duty employees will receive their new pay on the 7/31/2023 paycheck. Less than annual employees will receive their updated pay on their 8/31/2023 paycheck.
