Parkside Elementary School, built in 2001, proudly serves over 600 students in Pre-K through 5th grade. As an International Baccalaureate (IB) and Title I school, we are committed to developing globally minded, lifelong learners through a rigorous and inclusive academic program. Our instruction is guided by the Georgia Standards of Excellence, ensuring that all students receive high-quality, standards-based teaching across all subject areas. In addition to academic excellence, we prioritize the social and emotional well-being of our students through intentional Social Emotional Learning (SEL) activities that help build empathy, resilience, and positive relationships.

Our diverse student population reflects the vibrant community we serve, and we offer a wide range of programs and clubs—including Band, Gifted Education, Dance Team, Beta Club, and Debate Team—that empower students to explore their interests and develop their talents beyond the classroom.
At Parkside, we take pride in nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—while preparing our students to thrive as compassionate, confident, and capable citizens in an ever-changing world.
