I believe all students are capable of becoming confident, competent math learners. In my classroom, students are encouraged to see themselves as thinkers, problem-solvers, and doers of mathematics.

 

I use a balanced approach that includes direct instruction, small group learning, collaborative tasks, hands-on experiences, and meaningful integration of technology. This variety allows me to support diverse learning styles and help students build both strong mathematical skills and transferable reasoning abilities.

 

My goal is to create a positive, engaging learning environment where students not only master content but also develop a deeper understanding of how math connects to the world around them.
