    We believe that if we invest deeply in the physical, social-emotional, and financial well-being of APS staff, then they will experience greater personal well-being, feel more sustained and supported in their work, and be better positioned to model wellbeing practices for students and support the whole child so our students survive. This is our Theory of Action.

  • We recognize that some employees may be affected by delays or reductions in SNAP benefits, and the district is proactively working to provide support during this challenging time. APS has partnered with The Grocery Spot to offer free groceries to APS employees every Friday from 1:00–5:00 p.m. Employees will need to present their APS badge to verify eligibility.
