Atlanta Public Schools offers two dental plan options through MetLife Insurance Company to help employees maintain optimal oral health:

PPO Dental Plan

The MetLife PPO plan provides flexibility and broad access to care. Members may visit any licensed dentist of their choice, although higher savings may be available when using a provider within the PPO network. The plan reimburses covered services based on a percentage schedule:

• 100% for preventive services
• 80% for basic services
• 50% for major services
• 50% for orthodontic services

Coverage includes up to a $1,000 annual maximum benefit for most dental services and a $1,000 lifetime maximum for orthodontic treatment.
