Basic Life Insurance

All full-time employees receive $10,000 in term life insurance coverage at no cost to the employee.

Supplemental Term Life Insurance

Employees may elect to purchase additional term life insurance coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents:

• Employee Coverage: Choose from 1 to 5 times your annual salary
• Spouse Coverage: Up to 50% of the employees’ elected coverage, in $10,000 increments
• Child Coverage: Available in amounts of $5,000 or $10,000

Premiums for employee and spouse coverage are based on age.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Employees may also elect AD&D coverage, providing financial protection in the event of a serious injury or accidental death.
