Our district offers a range of resources from Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, counseling support, and mindfulness activities to help staff navigate challenges and build emotional resilience. Prioritizing your mental health is not just beneficial for you, but also for the entire school/departmental community.

TELUS HEALTH EAP
TELUS Health EAP provides you and your family with immediate and confidential help for work, health or life concerns. There is no cost to you! TELUS Health aids with support of wellbeing, managing relationships and family, deal with workplace challenges, get legal advice, financial support, etc.

Counseling Support
APS offers counseling support to staff members who are struggling with difficult situations. We offer individual counseling consultation with mental health professionals, referrals to community resources, support groups, and training on how to recognize and respond to crisis. If you are an APS staff member who is struggling, please know that you are not alone. We are here to help.
