    Welcome to the Division of Student Services in the Office of Schools & Academics! We are very excited to be a part of Atlanta Public Schools, as we all work together for the success of the children and families in the great city of Atlanta. 
     
    The Division of Student Services holds a vast array of supports many of our children and families need in order to succeed.  We think of ourselves as those additional champions of the whole child, every child in all that we do.  We work collaboratively with other APS departments, schools, and community partners to put school and cluster systems and resources so student have safe spaces to learn, while effectively dealing with their academic, emotional, mental, and physical needs.

    Finally, please know one of our main goals is to ensure we have timely, effective communication through the use of The Division of Student Services website and other modes of outreach to our community at large. Each department has much rich information and useful tools and I encourage you to explore each site.
