Requirements:

• Requires forms must be completed and turned in to the athletic department BEFORE practices and  tryouts.
• Students will not be allowed to tryout without a current physical, parent consent and proof of insurance. 
• Boys varsity basketball offered to 7th & 8th grade boys at Howard Middle School.
