Atlanta Public Schools promotes access to health care working collaboratively with local federally qualified health centers to provide a range of services to address health needs of students and families. School Based Health Centers helps to promote overall health and wellness of students while focusing on the whole child.
Services may include:
- Immunizations
- Well-checks
- Sports Physicals
- Treatment of Chronic and Acute Illnesses
- Women’s Services
- Behavioral Health
- Oral Health
- Referrals as necessary
