Georgia's Lions Lighthouse Foundation
Atlanta Public Schools has partnered with the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation to provide vision services for students attending Atlanta Public Schools.
The Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation is committed to filling the gaps that still exist for underinsured Georgians by providing access to low-cost vision services. The Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation partners with a statewide network of optometrists and ophthalmologists to annually provide vision screenings, eye exams, eyeglasses, and eye surgeries to over 7,000 Georgia residents.
Students who attend the following schools can receive services from Georgia's Lions Lighthouse Foundation. If your child attends one of these 11 schools, and you would like them to receive services, please fill out this consent form: APS Vision Screening Consent Forms
