We partner with community and government organizations to collaborate on health initiatives that foster a healthier, more conducive learning environment across the entire district.

  • Ronald McDonald Care Mobile® The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is a van that is a fully functioning medical clinic dedicated to increasing access to primary care for children through immunizations, asthma care, and health checks.
  • Eastchester Family Services Atlanta Public Schools has partnered with Eastchester Family Services to provide mobile health services for students, such as school vaccinations and sports physicals.
  • APS Care Centers School-Based Health Centers are located at five APS locations. These centers are open to all APS students.
  • Mass Vision Screenings Atlanta Public Schools will be conducting mass vision screenings for ALL students in grades 1, 3, 5, and 8th.
  • Vision Partnerships APS has collaborated with Vision Partners in the Atlanta area to offer vision screenings for students and to provide eyeglass referrals when necessary.
