    Atlanta Public Schools has partnered with Eastchester Family Services to provide mobile health services for students, such as school vaccinations and sports physicals. Health Services are scheduled to be provided during school hours or district-sponsored events. Parents must fill out a consent form before students can receive services. 

    Eastchester also has an Atlanta office that families may visit.
