    • Quarantine Kitchen on FB: Live food demonstrations with a community using items in the food boxes taken home
    • Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP): 40 lb. box that contains fruits, vegetables, cooked meat, and dairy. Require refrigeration. Located in the Fulton, Dekalb areas

    Open Hand Atlanta: Food is Medicine

    Open Hand provides medically tailored meals to enrolled individuals across 10 metro-Atlanta counties within 48-72 hours of discharge from the hospital or a skilled nursing facility.

    Hand-delivered meals include weekly bags of nutritious food items with fresh fruits and vegetables, to those clients who can prepare their own meals, but whose nutrition requirements are not being met. In addition, participants receive monthly nutrition education materials and simple, practical recipes.
