 APS Invites Prospective Employees to “Get on the Bus,” Get $1,000 with Job Fair for Transportation Positions, Saturday

Atlanta Public Schools will continue a series of in-person job fairs on Saturday, with the goal of hiring dozens of school bus drivers, bus monitors, transportation supervisors and crossing guards, with $1,000 signing bonuses for eligible applicants!

The third of the five “Get on the Bus” Transportation and Safety & Security job fairs will be held Saturday, 9 a.m. - Noon, at Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School (545 Hill Street, SE).

The full-time positions offer great wages, flexible hours and state benefits. The final two  job fairs, also from 9 a.m. – Noon, are scheduled for:

  • July 16, L.P. Miles Elementary School (4215 Bakers Ferry Road, SW)
  • July 16, Sutton Middle School (2875 Northside Drive, NW)

The previous “Get on the Bus” job fairs were held April 23rd at Harper-Archer Elementary School and May 21st at Emma Hutchinson Elementary School.

WHAT:           Atlanta Public Schools is hosting the second of five job fairs, designed specifically to hire dozens of school bus drivers, bus monitors, transportation supervisors and crossing guards, with $1,000 signing bonuses for eligible applicants!

WHEN:          Saturday, June 18 | 9 a.m. – Noon
