APS to Host National Signing Day Event
for Scholar Athletes, Wednesday

ATLANTA – More than 50 senior student athletes from 12 Atlanta Public Schools high schools will gather at Therrell High School (3099 Panther Trail, SW) to sign National Letters of Intent for athletic scholarships – from football, to baseball, to track and field – from colleges and universities across the country at the District’s annual National Signing Day ceremony.

Both APS female and male student athletes, along with their school’s athletic director, coaches, family members and friends will participate in this annual event. Students and coaches will be available for media interviews after the event.
