Maynard Jackson High School will host a three-team mini-game tournament at Lakewood Stadium (70 Claire Drive, SW), to determine the final spot in the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Class AAAAA state football playoffs. The other schools participating in the round robin tournament are Banneker (Fulton County) and Lithia Springs (Douglas County).

The top four teams from each of the eight regions in Class AAAAA advance to the state playoffs this weekend.
