What is a Bill of Rights?

We are introducing the Student Bill of Rights (SBR) in Atlanta Public Schools! This special set of guidelines will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

The Student Bill of Rights was started by students themselves. It outlines important rights and guarantees for all students. 

Throughout the school year, students from all over the district will work together to add more rights they think are important. We want to include all students, so we will continue to support our Student Advisory Council as it leads the effort to gather more student input.
