Communications Projects & Governance

  • The Office of Communications provides a number of creative services to support your school, division or department including brand oversight and creative design. A few of the services we offer include:

    • Branded district-level campaigns for key initiatives

    • Activate out-of-house advertising when needed

    • Provide software training 

    • Generate branded templates

    Schools, divisions and departments can work with us in a number of ways to create effective and engaging visual elements for their projects and events. Also, we provide guidance and brand approval for self-designed elements.

    Whether we take the lead in your creative needs or provide support as you create your own elements, we’re ready to help bring your visual communications to life.

  • Project Timelines

    We want your project to succeed and request sufficient time for concept development, editing, and review. Any consultations or pre-planning meetings with our department will increase the completion time, but they may be necessary depending on the scope and complexity of your request.

    When submitting your projects through the Communications Request Form (we use this form to track and deliver against requested expectations), consider the following estimates as a guide when planning your project or event.
