Nominating Committee for PTA Executive Positions
The PTA Nominating Committee convenes each spring to prepare a slate of nominees for the Executive Committee to be voted on at the spring general PTA meeting. All parents are encouraged to take an active role in this process by notifying a member of the committee of potential candidates; self-nominations are welcome.
Have you ever thought about serving as an officer on the PTA? Do you know someone who would be great? The MES PTA Nominating Committee wants to hear from you! We are now accepting nominations for the 2020/2021 MES PTA Executive Committee. We highly encourage anyone thinking about serving in this capacity to talk to us and learn more about these key roles. And, if you know someone who would be an excellent addition to the officer slate, please put their name forward. We look forward to composing another amazing slate of parent leaders! If you would like to recommend someone for a position on next year’s Executive Committee, please email the Nominating Committee.
The elected members of the 2020 MES PTA Nominating Committee are: Brian Baron, Donna Earley, Tony Moore, Ginger Pursley, and Caroline Wainright. Alternate: Leslie Finley.
