It is not required to provide COVID vaccination information at this time. Any vaccination information that is shared with MES will be used by the School Nurse in any needed contact tracing.

If you choose to provide this information, this is a secure link to upload your child’s vaccination card or you may send in a copy to the School Nurse. The upload is only accessed by the School Business Manager to print for the School Nurse.
